| Exterior Doors & Windows | Exterior Doors shall be heavy duty 42" x 6'-8" 18-gauge (1 3/8" minimum) metal doors with impact resistant glass vision panel. Door hardware shall lever locks or push pull locks for hospital rooms. |
| Windows shall be resistant, low E, slider units with either an aluminum or vinyl frame. Windows shall be tinted gray. |

| Interior Walls & Cellings | Interior walls and ceilings shall be made with anti-bacterial, mold free, mildew resistant panels or covering. The finish shall be easy to wipe and seams nonexistent or kept at a minimum. Walls and ceilings shall be white. |
| Interior Floors | The interior floor finish shall be seamless vinyl. |
| Interior Doors | Interior Doors shall be 3'-0" x 6-8" solid core wood doors with plastic laminate finish. Doors to the isolation rooms shall have a vision lite. |
| Doors to Donning, Doffing and Bathroom spaces shall be 3'-0" x 6'-8" solid core wood doors with plastic laminate finish without a vision lite. |
